Stepfanie Kramer joins Secret Circle cast

Stepfanie Kramer (of Hunter fame) will play Charles’ mother, Kate Meade, in an upcoming episode (episode 10 airing November 17).
TVGuide describes Kate as “the kind of woman who can warm you with a smile but freeze you with a single glare”.
